Refund Policy

At Pressed By Lily, we want you to love your order. Because our products are beauty items and are intended for personal use, some items are not eligible for return once opened for hygiene reasons.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lilybeautyact@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Change of mind

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for press-on nails or opened beauty products.

We may consider a return for unused, unopened items in original packaging at our discretion. If approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will offer one of the following (at our discretion):

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

Please do not dispose of the item until we confirm the claim outcome, as we may ask for additional photos.

Return conditions (if approved)

If a return is approved, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Returned in the same condition received

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage caused after delivery, or tampering may not be eligible for refund.

How refunds are processed

Once your return is received and inspected (if a return is required), we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after we issue it.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.

If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at lilybeautyact@gmail.com.
