Processing Time

All press-on nail orders are prepared with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Standard Shipping: estimated 2–6 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, lodgement time, peak periods, public holidays, and Australia Post service conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and whether you choose Standard or Express shipping.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. You can also contact us at lilybeautyact@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lilybeautyact@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
